Everything was nice, bed was comfortable, everything was clean and easy to use. We really enjoyed our stay.

The bed in the sofa wasn't really comfortable, wich is to expect I don't mean it in a bad way. There were ants but not a lot, manageable.

When we arrived at the property at the confirmed check-in time (3 pm) it was clear that it had not been cleaned. There were dirty towels on the floor, food on the floor, the bed was unmade and slept in, and there were remnants from the previous person who had stayed there. After contacting the host, we were told that it is difficult to get cleaners in Mont-Tremblant. Why bother renting your property if you can’t properly maintain it? The host and the instant suites manager both agreed to reimburse me the 85$ cleaning fee and sent someone right away. We had to stand outside in the rain for over an hour while the property was being cleaned. After our stay, multiple calls and e-mails were exchanged concerning the reimbursement and I was told it would take 14 business days. Later, I was told that there was no need to be reimbursed because there was only a delay of one hour and after all, the property had been cleaned. I’m appalled by the customer service. I can understand that there can be delays and miscommunication, but we should have at least been notified that there would be a delay, rather than have us standing outside in the rain for over an hour. If you say you’re going to reimburse your client, respect your word. Not to mention, they’re extremely rude, with the exception of the host Adeel, who was very understanding and sweet.
