The location and quiet surroundings... The host was super nice and made hot and good food when requested.
As the houseboat is in the middle of the water... The movement is restricted... For example boats only start at 9 am and stop at 7pm... Which restricted your movement to the city. Also the houseboats lost power frequently so that was annoying.
