The room was exceptionally neat and clean, and the staff were very courteous and attentive. In particular, the front office associate, Shafi, was extremely helpful and took excellent care of all our needs. This hotel is highly recommended for families and friends.

Nice quite location, close to the Dal lake boulevard, clean and comfortable rooms
The breakfast and the food at their inhouse restaurant is very below average and overpriced

I was upgraded to premium room which made the stay much more comfortable
The steam spa sauna jacuzzi were non functional. The games room was packed in the gym.

Positives - Decent room with working AC and fan. Inhouse restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Will consider this option as it's best for the amount paid and compared to other properties in Srinagar.
Negatives - Construction work is ongoing as the hotel is adding one more floor, hence noise during the day is disturbing. The fridge in the room is not working efficiently and maintains room temperature. Basic breakfast with the same menu every day.
