About this villa rental
Casa di Famiglia is located at a key point of the island, ideal for exploring Rhodes and relaxing in one of the most graphic villages Koskinou. The village is on the east coast about 7 km from the town center. The villa is suitable for 6 people, ideal for families. There are three spacious bedrooms in a villa of a total of 170 sq.m area. We as hosts have given our best in order for you to be able to enjoy your holidays elegantly and at the same time be able to feel like being home.
On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious living room with a 43’’ TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a fully equipped bathroom. Using the stairs from the kitchen it will lead you to the master bedroom, equipped with a king-size bed, a fully equipped bathroom, and a beautiful balcony. From the living room stairs, it will lead you to the upper floor where you will find two bedrooms, one equipped with a double bed and one with two single beds, and one spacious fully equipped bathroom. In all our rooms there is an extra space in order to add baby cribs. Each room is designed to be comfortable, having quality beds and all the essential furniture you would need including an air-condition.
Outside there is a 70 sq.m yard fully equipped with outdoor furniture ideal for relaxing on our beautiful summer nights. There are also BBQ facilities.
This house offers you the opportunity to experience both sides of this enchanting island. On the one hand, you can relax on the many nearby beaches, eat in the traditional cafes and taverns while if you want a more vibrant experience, the town of Rhodes hosts multiple bars and clubs along the sea-front. The house is located 14km from Diagoras airport and 7 km from Rhodes Town, within 200-300m you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy and also a couple of traditional taverns. The beaches and bays of Faliraki offering all the water sports facilities, boat cruises, and its soft sand beaches and quiet bays with an abundance of excellent seafront taverns are just 6 km away, about 5 minutes drive away you can find Kallithea Springs a very popular destination.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host had put a lot of effort into providing us with a range of food and other items to make it feel very much like home. Any minor issues were resolved promptly. Communication was easy and prompt.

Das Haus Casa de Familia ist einfach ein Traum 😊
Die Begrüßung war so Herzlich, dass wir uns daran immer wieder gerne erinnern werden!!!!!
Es ist einfach wunderschön und es lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Der Ort Koskinou ist für Griechenland Fans ein Paradies.
Überall freundliche Menschen mit Herz.
Vom Bäcker um die Ecke über den kleinen Supermarkt und auch alle Tavernen, mit ausgezeichneter Griechischer Küche👌
Wunderschöne Altstadt mit tollen Farben und Blumen, in den Gassen.
Besonders möchten wir uns bei Ioannis bedanken, der mir bei einem großen Problem geholfen hat, das nicht so einfach war.
Auch ein Dankeschön an alle Taxifahrer die wir hatten.
Immer pünktlich und fair!!

L'accueil fut plus que chaleureux . La maison est très belle et agréable. La situation est très bonne. Tout est vraiment très bien.

The house is very beautiful and clean. Koskinou is a little place with a good location.
