Offering unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside, the Pissenlits et Coquelicots gîte is located in an exceptional natural setting, slightly set back from the small village of Freycenet-Lacuche.
Surrounded by meadows, the property includes the gîte with its large, unfenced plot (2,700 m²) and private terrace (26 m²), located at the end of a former farmhouse, which houses the owners' second home, as well as an adjoining gîte with no overlooked views.
Nearby: Les Estables (7 km) (winter sports resort, paragliding), Le Monastier (12 km) (church, abbey castle, museum of popular beliefs, bungee jumping at the Recoumène viaduct, brass festival, all shops and services). The ground floor features a cozy living room/kitchen (TV, DVD player, sofa bed) opening onto a paved terrace at the rear, and a toilet.
On the first floor are two bedrooms (one double bed, one queen-size bed) and a bathroom with toilet.
Included services:
- Electric heating included in the rate.
- Washing machine and dryer shared with gîte 43G5450 (shared laundry room and boot/ski drying room). Bicycle garage.
- Baby equipment: crib, high chair, bathtub, changing table, bottle warmer.
Optional services:
- Cleaning fee: €50 / An equivalent deposit will be required if you do not choose this option.
- Bed linen: €12 / Towels: €8 per person.
A supplement of €20 per pet will be required.
For your social gatherings, fondue and raclette sets, as well as a waffle iron, are available in the gîte.
