Lovelt, quirky apartment. Would definitely stay again.
Great location and very good value for the price we paid. The apartment had a bedroom and bathroom downstairs and then two bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs. Only a short drive, or about a 10/15 minute walk into the main village, and ski lift. Great base for skiing.

We did not like much Courmayeur unfortunately! Disappointed!!!
The apartment was cozy and nice
Apartemnt was small, in particular the kitchen. Not very weel isolated from the apartement on the 2nd floor (or too loud guests) Location is good if you want to take the cable car in Dolonne but unconfortable for the city center.

Appartement de plain pied, les 2 salles de bain, le jardin et la terrasse,, le linge de maison fourni et les lits faits à l'arrivée, un petit lave vaisselle et un lave linge
Les exigences d'enregistrement avant notre arrivée, sur internet, l'inexistence d'accueil et de contact personnel par le propriétaire ( "Joivy "est une agence sans contact autre que des messages qui semblent être issus de l'intelligence artificielle). La démarche complexe pour entrer dans l'appartement : par le garage en sous sol avec une barrière , un code de boîte à clés et un badge pour la barrière et les poubelles. Le mauvais agencement de l'appartement avec une entrée et une chambre en sous-sol sans lumière du jour, une cuisine exiguë pour 5/6 personnes en forme de couloir, le manque d'entretien (2 petites cuillères, pas de four, canapés vétustes) accès à la terrasse par une chambre, ou en faisant le tour de la maison, décorations murales anciennes et surprenantes pour une location

Fuori dal centro in posizione molto tranquilla
Ambiente esterno carino e ben curato. Giardino posteriore valido: ben curato, appartato, buona dotazione tavolo+sedie+sdraio. Zona piano terra buona : camera con letto matrimoniale (ma con letto di dimensioni piccole), camera con due letti a castello, soggiorno. Posto auto privato al coperto nello spazio condominiale interrato.
La camera matrimoniale al piano interrato dispone di una finestra praticamente inutilizzabile, poiché guarda su uno spazio chiuso negli interrati: è praticamente una camera cieca. Eravamo due coppie ed una ha dormito qui, ma non è stata una buona sistemazione. Il cucinotto troppo piccolo. I divani del soggiorno troppo cedevoli alla seduta. Avevamo capito di disporre di un garage per due posti auto, cioè grande e "chiuso". Nella realtà non è un vero garage, in quanto la porta basculante che dovrebbe chiudere verso lo spazio condominiale non è chiudibile. Lo spazio auto interrato condominiale è chiuso e coperto ma dotato di una porta sempre apribile senza chiave (giorno e notte). Avevamo scelto questa sistemazione proprio per sistemare in luogo chiuso a chiave le nostre quattro e-bike (molto costose), che viceversa abbiamo dovuto lasciare in zona condomiale sempre liberamente accessibile dall'esterno. La casa viene gestita con check-in e check-out autonomi: non abbiamo avuto alcun interlocutore diretto. Quando abbiamo chiesto supporto telefonico sulla non chiudibilita' del garage ci hanno risposto da un call desk remoto.
