Old farmhouse whose origins date back to the 19th century including the cottage and a second home. This house located in a charming hamlet of Vourlhat will seduce you with its tranquility and its unobstructed view of the landscape.
Nearby: Resistance Museum 5 km away, Domeyrat Castle 2.5 km away, Lavaudieu 'most beautiful village in France' 7.5 km away. All shops and services in Paulhaguet (6.5 km). The cottage opens onto a private enclosed plot of approximately 100 m², in a natural environment overlooking the Doulon gorges with a breathtaking view of Domeyrat Castle.
On the ground floor you will find the very bright living room-kitchen (TV, wood stove), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), as well as the bathroom and separate toilet accessible via the bathroom.
