About this cottage rental
Located in the heart of a small, quiet village, this traditional village house has been pleasantly restored and has a small enclosed lawned courtyard of 44 m² overlooking the back of the building.
A few kilometers from a major road and the Allier gorges, in the immediate vicinity of the birthplace of the famous Marquis de La Fayette, set off to discover wild nature and a rich heritage.
Nearby: Chavaniac-Lafayette 3 km away (castle, botanical garden), Langeac 12 km away (Allier gorges, Jacquemart museum, river swimming, all shops and services). On the ground floor, the cottage consists of a living room (TV) with kitchenette (wood stove, free wood), a separate lounge (TV, DVD player) giving direct access to the private courtyard and a bathroom with closed toilet.
The bedrooms are on the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed (TV), 1 bedroom with 2 twin single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed.
A small bathroom with toilet completes the layout.
Services included:
- Baby equipment: bed, high chair, changing table.
Optional services:
- Electric heating in addition from 01/10 to 01/05: €60/week.
- Cleaning fee: €60
- Single bed sheets: €10 and double bed €15
