About this house rental
Located on the Ball Mountain Brook, just 3 miles from the Stratton Sun Bowl, with easy access to parking and the lifts, this smart home has just about every amenity I could think of installing:
RELAX: Stream soothing music while you enjoy a cocktail in the HOT TUB, or SAUNA, located below the man cave in the open air SPA ROOM.
Join the crew in a game of BILLIARDS, POKER, or DARTS, in the MAN CAVE, before all sit down to dinner and a scary movie in the HOME THEATER with 5.1 surround sound, and 65inch 4k tv.
There is even a mini man cave for the little gamers in the crew, complete with dueling XBOX 1S’ game consoles, bring your favorite games or play ours. The sofa here even converts for sleeping if you need a 5th bedroom for the little ones.
Does all this sound a bit loud? No worries, there is a bridge that separates the man cave action from the main house, just close the door and kick back in front of the WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE while reading your favorite story, or watch content on the 50” 4k tv on your terms.
After all of this you’ll sleep soundly in the MASSIVE MASTER SUITE with sitting room, full bath, smart tv, heated king bed, and private Keurig maker with supplied k-kups. All linens are supplied for bed, bath, spa and kitchen use.
And for your favorite couple coming along for the ride there is a RIVERSIDE GUEST ROOM with its own sitting area, makeup table and WOOD BURNING STOVE. Crack the window while the wood crackles away and slip into a nice relaxing REM sleep to the sounds of the passing water.
Additionally:
There are two living rooms on the open concept main floor with two separate outdoor second story spaces, a screened in porch facing the brook and another deck with BBQ and outdoor FIREPIT to keep you warm at night.
The kitchen contains all necessary items for making and eating a great meal just bring your food and drink. There are two Keurig coffee makers with coffee, tea, cream and sugar provided.
The large dining table has room for 8 with an adjacent breakfast counter for the overflow.
All showers have soap, and shampoo dispensers with Neutrogena and Pantene products
If you have forgotten something or want a snack there is an honor bar should you need anything with proceeds going to habitat for humanity.
With 4 bedrooms, 3 fireplaces, multiple tv’s, high speed internet, numerous forms of entertainment and relaxation this house covers all needs.

The house was exactly as described in listing but even more beautiful in person. It sat on a shallow river that was great for hanging in and a 5 minute walk to a super cool swimming hole. We lucked out with weather but still used the game room that had darts, pool and a great gaming set up. Highly recommend.

This was by far the cleanest and nicely decorated homes I have ever rented! Besides the great location just minutes from Stratton, the home had everything a family needs to have the best vacation ever. Everything is just as the owner lists, if not better! The kitchen has every tool you need, the bedrooms and all bathrooms are immaculate and the bedding is superb. Then you have all the fun stuff...Xboxes, hot tub, sauna, poker table, antique pool table and the best surround sound ever! If the snow wasn't so nice at Stratton this weekend I could have stayed in the house and had a great time. I highly recommend!
