Art Apartments

Location really good with station and tram stops outside

Overall, we had a great stay. We only stayed for one night, but everything was comfortable and we really enjoyed the place.

We didn’t encounter the PIN code change issue mentioned in some other reviews, probably because we were only staying for one night. The only minor issue was that the link to the check-in guide didn’t open at first, so we had some trouble figuring out how to open the first doors. If you run into the same problem, I’d recommend trying all the obvious options :) (don’t forget # at the end)

Location was very good. Room was large and airy. Bed was very comfortable and shower was brilliant.

Access to the apartment was difficult and slow response to messages. Only negative in room was the lack of a mirror. The only mirror was in the bathroom which was steamed up after a shower!

Location was great.

Unfortunately the description of the unit we booked did not match the unit we stayed in. Example, it said additional bathroom but the unit, while it could accommodate 6 to sleep (not to sit anywhere) only had one small bathroom. Minimal inclusions, very basic set up. I emailed the property upon arrival to check we had the correct unit but never heard back from anyone.
