There’s no better location for a Hot Springs, AR getaway than this recently remodeled, 2100 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home, sitting on 6.5 secluded acres, just a short drive away from top area attractions! The mountain views are breathtaking. It's not unusual to see deer from the kitchen or master bedroom windows. Enjoy the fire pit area and outdoor seating.

House is cleaned and maintained by owners.

Propane Grill on the back patio with grilling utensils.
TVs are installed in the living area, master bedroom and rec room. There is no basic cable so be sure to bring your user name and passwords for all of your favorite streaming services and apps. WIFI is included.
A small amount of firewood is provided for the fire pit.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided in each bathroom.

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The pantry was well stocked with basics (we didn’t use anything, but we were impressed!). We absolutely loved the view from the front of the house. Overall, great stay and would do it again! Thanks, Jon & Mindy!

We had a wonderful time while staying at the house. It was very clean and comfortable. Very spacious rooms.The scenery was breathtaking. Everything we needed was in the home. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. And we will definitely return in the future. Thanks for letting us stay at the Ott house.
