El Zoela

Todo. La tranquilidad del lugar, el entorno, la facilidad y la cercanía de los dueños, los productos de su huerto que te dejan para desayunar...la verdad que tendremos que volver para poder disfrutar más días de esta zona que no conocíamos.

We loved everything about La Zoela. The house is quite small, but I knew that when I booked it, and we didn't need a large house. In addition to all the expected things there, we also found many food items freely available to us that we had not expected to find. The owners of the house were very friendly and very helpful. The house is situated in a quiet part of the village, an easy walk from an excellent bar and restaurant, which we also visited. La Zoela is a rare gem that every traveller deserves to find. There were absolutely NO downsides; everything was perfect!

There was nothing that we didn't like. Absolutely nothing. La Zoela is one of these rare places that is just right in every way. The house is quite small, but certainly big enough for two people. It has all the amenities you will need, situated in a charming little village.

El trato por parte de los propietarios, Manuel y Teresa fue genial. Nos hicieron sentir como si fuera una visita a un familiar. El desayuno era como si estuviera en casa de mis padres y comimos hasta productos excelentes de su huerta. Disfrutamos de los magníficos cielos nocturnos en el patio de la casa. Un experiencia muy especial.

Quizá lo peor, el que está lejos de rutas habituales, lo hizo también una mejor estancia, por la tranquilidad y el sosiego del que disfrutamos.

The owners didn't speak English but he did take us to the road and gave directions to us to Zamora. Excellent. 10 out of 10 for that.

The premises were in the middle of no where. There was breakfast included, the owners did provide some bread , butter and jam to enable us to make our own breakfast. There was coffee provided as well but you had to use the cooker to boil the water , as there was no electric kettle.
