Had a minor issue with the boiler that was rapidly addressed by clear and prompt communication with the owner - demonstrated great support and should be viewed as a positive.

Muy buena ubicación para conocer Zamora, silencioso, limpio y camas cómodas.
El no poder disponer de una llave más y no poder dejar las maletas más allá de las 12h el dia de la salida.

Het is een schoon appartement en een goede locatie.
Veel dingen in het appartement ontbreken, zo is er wel een wasmachine, maar geen droogrek? Er zijn wel hangertjes, maar veel te weinig voor het aantal personen. Het is er mega koud, nergens een verwarming te bekennen. Er is geen lift aanwezig, dus sjouwen met koffers! We reizen met twee kleine kinderen, wilden om 17:00 uur inchecken, uiteindelijk na veel bellen en frustratie, kregen we om 17:20 uur pas de gegevens om de deuren open te maken. Niet heel fijn als je rond het middag uur te horen zou krijgen dat je voor 17:00 uur nog naar binnen zou mogen.
