Easy access to the beach! The house was well stocked and maintenance was prompt when we had one issue at the house. We loved our time here.

Location is perfect ! Very close to the beach. Check in process was flawless and owners were very helpful and responsive. The only issue we had was the AC unit was under par. It would only cool to 77 degrees on the one side of the house. This property is perfect for multi families / Teenage Children.

The house itself is good, except the floors seemed like they had not been washed in a while. We liked the screened in breezeway. Some of the furniture needs to be updated. Furniture is not comfortable. The bed my wife and I were using was too high and not comfortable. The pool was perfect for the kids and the adults. All of the pool controls worked fine.

The location was very good. Receptive property manager when the code was wrong for one of the units.
No hand soap, vertical blinds missing (and husband found a box in the garage and put up), coffee maker but no pot in one of the units, ice machine didn't work in one of the units, sliding glass door wouldn't shut well and lock in one of the units. Overall, I was not very pleased with this rental and will not rent again. It was the most expensive rental we have ever had in Anna Maria (have visited for over 20 years) and by far the least impressive.
