Loved it.
Fidel, the owner was very patient, and responsive. Very easy access to the house, great location, and close to the zocalo and touristic places. I felt at peace, and happy listening to the crickets and birds at night, and in the morning the roosters. a moment/day so needed. Thank you Fidel for sharing this great spot.
My recommendation, please do something about it. 2nd-floor Middle room - there was a noise going on all night. maybe an automatic water pump or something, I think is in the locked storage room next to the men's bathroom on the 1st floor.

Liked it but booking is misleading
Large grounds, modern, manager very responsive when there was a problem.
I think the booking needs to be clear that it assumes two people will share a bed. We booked it because it was listed as an entire house with three bedrooms, and there were three of us, each wanting their own bed. But when we arrived, one of the bedrooms was locked, and the manager insisted that we pay extra to use the third bedroom.

Big space with all you need for a nice few days in Atlixco.
Comfortable, nice design, lots of outdoor space and even public style bathrooms off the garden. Good toys and facilities for kids. Host was very responsive. Lots of secure parking. Good WIFI. Comfortable beds. Everything you need.
Some opening windows in the livingroom area and a bluetooth link on the stereo would be great.

Las instalaciones son hermosas y cómodas, el único inconveniente fue que el agua caliente es insuficiente. Y nada de contacto con el personal. El jardín está hermoso y aunque no usamos la alberca por la época y por el tipo de actividades que teníamos planeadas está excelente para unas buenas vacaciones. El estacionamiento de gran capacidad, estuvo genial. La ubicación es un poco complicada porque está cerca de una escuela y sólo puede pasar un auto aunque no es muy transitada. Pero la verdad estuvo bastante bien ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

Gran lugar para descansar
Sin duda un excelente lugar para alejarte de la rutina y descansar. Los anfitriones en todo momento atentos y listos para resolver cualquier duda. Pocas casas las entregan tan limpias como esta, además tiene todas las instalaciones super lindas.
Lo único que nos hizo falta durante nuestra estancia fue un ventilador, por las noches hacía mucho calor.
