מיקום מצויין - יש חניה ונוח להגיע משם לכל מקום עם רכב. יש סופר על יד ואפשר לעשות קניות בקלות. יש מיזוג חזק מאוד והדירה מאוד מרווחת ויש שקעים ליד המיטות
יש רק מקלחת ושירותים אחד - בדירה שאמורה להכיל 5 אנשים זה קצת בעייתי. זה הפך את טקס הבוקר ומקלחות הערב למשהו שלוקח הרבה זמן. התקרות הנמוכות בחדרי השינה - קצת מעצבן לזכור להתכופף כשרמים או שתקבלו מכה...
