About this house rental
Located in gated Mission Hills Country Club on the 18th hole of the Westin Mission Hills Resort Hotel. The entry opens into a light and airy living room with high ceilings, a fireplace, wet bar with wine refrigerator, and flat screen TV and fireplace. Sliding glass doors open onto patio with private pool and spa and furnished with outdoor dining table and chairs.
The Master Suite has a king size bed and plenty of storage & closet space. Sliding glass doors open onto a lovely private patio. The Master bath has large vanity with double sinks, separate large tub and shower and private water closet.
Private upstairs master suite with two queen size beds as well as a grand master bath with a large vanity with double sinks, separate large tub and shower and large walk-in closet.
Additional den/bedroom with a queen size pull out couch, private bath with large shower.
Each bedroom has its own television with cable. We provide quality high-end bedding and towels. All 3 bedrooms are in separate areas of the home offering ultimate privacy. For your comfort, all bedrooms are equipped with remote controlled ceiling fans. There is an additional fan in the living room.
The kitchen has been newly remodeled with quartz counter tops, new cupboards and pantry, upscale built-in stainless appliances including a double oven with convection oven. You will find the kitchen completely stocked with quality dishes, glassware, pots and pans, baking necessities, utensils, coffee maker, toaster oven and microwave. Between the kitchen and dining room, you will find a large peninsula complete with bar stools. The dining table sits 6 comfortably. The stunning view overlooking the golf course is visible through the enormous kitchen window from the kitchen and the dining room. Sliding glass doors in the kitchen provide easy access to the pool and spa as well as the outdoor dining area and bbq.
For your convenience there is an in-house laundry room with washer and dryer.

Enjoyed this updated condo with amazing views. The property was very clean, neat and quiet. The unit was great for guests and the beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was great!

The home was recently remodeled and updated to give a fresh modern appearance. The views of the golf course and mountains were spectacular. The location was very convenient to the entire valley. The neighborhood is gated and the security is excellent.

This property is a duplex- and their neighbor must be used to no one being at the house, or enjoying the outdoors. He complained that when we grilled the smell went in his house. He complained if we talked on the phone outside or he would intrude in our conversations. He was rude and made our time miserable.
It’s a shame, because the house is a very nice property.
