Renovated farmhouse with exposed stone and beams, detached, located near the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. Large unfenced plot of 5,000 m². Volleyball court available.
Ground floor: spacious living/dining room, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (120x190cm bed + 120x90cm bed + 90x190cm bed), bathroom, separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: two 90x190cm beds, 2: 160x200cm bed, 3: two 140x190cm beds), shower room, separate toilet. Additional equipment: freezer, radio, baby crib. Included: electric heating, sheets. Family gatherings are possible. Special rates for events at the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. Pets: €10/day.
Additional cleaning fee: €70.
Optional services to be paid for on site and reserved prior to your arrival:
