Near the A11 motorway, on the outskirts of Le Mans and 10 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, this charming country house with exposed stone and beams is located in the heart of a working farm, in a verdant and bucolic setting surrounded by cows. It features a private courtyard and terrace. Ground floor: living/dining room, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x190cm that can be joined together), separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: double bed 140x190cm + 1 single bed 90x190cm, 2: 2 bunk beds 90x190cm), shower room. Additional equipment: baby equipment, freezer. Included: bed linen (beds made upon arrival), wood chip heating. Not included: towels/household linen, cleaning fee (€80).
