About this cottage rental
Located 250 meters from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and the Arnage corner, 5 km from the Bugatti circuit, and 2.5 km from all shops in Moncé-en-Belin, this comfortable, detached cottage is nestled in a peaceful, green setting and sleeps 6.
It features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, fiber optic Wi-Fi, a dining area, a washing machine, a freezer, a refrigerator, a filter coffee maker plus a Senseo machine, an induction hob, and a hairdryer.
The ground floor comprises one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a dressing room, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are two attic bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet. One bedroom has a single bed (70 cm) and the other two single beds (80 x 200 cm) that can be joined together.
A landing with a small lounge area is ideal for children. The house is approximately 90 m².
