Good location, good wifi. Difficult to check in. No hot water.

Good location. Good wifi. Big room with 2 beds. The guy who let me in, gave me good direction to catch a bus to the botanic garden.

No one waited for me at agreed time. After banging on the door, as well as ringing the bell for 10 minutes, I called the phone number posted at the door (I had to use roaming). The guy who answered the phone told me to ring the bell. After knowing no one was answering the bell, he told me he'll be there in 10 minutes. Well, someone showed up 25 minutes later. No hot water!

Exceptional

We were expecting a boring hummingbird room but we got a batman room! Absolutely everything in it was batman including the toilet cover and homemade drawings and we loved it! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, kitchen and dining area were well stocked, and the owner was very helpful when we asked about the bus to the nature reserve. Recommended :-)

There is a dog next door who moves his bowl around and this is annoying! Also would be better if the entry code was sent with more notice, we don't have data so had to find WiFi which wasn't easy. The room also needs a giant cardboard cut out of Dr Freeze and some riddles from the Riddler, felt slacking a bit on the baddie front.

Great value for money

The location is perfect. Nice and spacious room. Hot shower. Own fridge in the room.

The neighbours dog whe will let the whole neighbourhood know his food bowl is empty and drags it around which is making a lot of noise in the morning as well as in the evening. Kitchen is quite poorly equipped.

Very good

A good central location with a comfortable bed that's quiet at night, plenty of space, hot water, strong WiFi, and a kitchen for if you're staying longer than a few days. Also, while I never met the host/owner they were great about responding to messages and gave good advice for how to use public transport to get out to the Reserva de la Biósfera Unesco site, which was highly impressive and very much worth the stop.

It's more of a homestay type place so don't expect hotel amenities, and I found I only had enough sheets at night by taking one off the other bed in the room—so if I'd been staying as a family or needed two beds it would have been a touch cold. Also the bathroom is private but not in the room—though it had a bit of a mold smell (the room itself had none and was perfectly fine) so not being ensuite was perhaps a blessing in disguise.

dark, smelly rooms full of random stuff, not really clean, some mattresses uncomfortable. the first room smelled like poop or a dead animal or so, so we changed the room which only smelled like cleaning agent or so

Stay Away From This Place!

Angel was going to speak to booking.com when I arrived to fix the mistake of two rooms booked for 4 nights instead of one. This was still not fixed weeks later when Angel claimed booking.com has changed their number and there is no way for him to contact them. Booking.com customer service only claims he now refuses to what should have been refunded weeks ago. Unacceptable

Solo la ubicación es buena en lo que cabe

El lugar estaba sucio, demasiado el piso, el baño, la cocina es compartida y estaba sucia. En el cuarto había bolas de pelo tiradas atrás de la cama, la cama tenia pelos se ve que no cambian las cobijas. No podías ver nada en la tele. Pésimo lugar la verdad. No volvería a ir a ese lugar Y luego pagamos una habitación y nos dieron que en boking salia mas económica cuando habíamos pagado por una donde el baño estaba adentro de la habitación.

Nous y avons séjourné qu'une seule nuit pour faire le désert des cactus. La localisation était pratique, à 15 minutes a pied pour le bus qui se rend au désert des cactus et a 10 minutes à pied pour le terminal ADO. L'endroit était propre et suffisant pour une nuit. Le personnel agréable et souriant

La cebolla de la regadera está muy oxidada. Hace falta una ducha que no tenga pérdidas, que administre mejor el agua.
