About this cottage rental
This 200 m² (17th century) house is located on a large enclosed plot of land surrounded by numerous restored and converted outbuildings (bread oven, dairy, wine press). This restoration received the Rural Gîte award from the Fondation du Patrimoine et Maisons Paysannes de France. The property boasts a very green setting with hiking trails. Teak garden furniture, swing set, barbecue, table tennis, free bicycles, and free firewood. Garden. Large locked garage for motorcycles.
Ground floor: large entrance hall, fitted kitchen (90 cm stove), dining room with fireplace, living room (wood-burning stove), bedroom (1 double bed 140/190 cm and 1 single bed 90/190 cm), shower room (washing machine, dryer), and toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with bathroom (1 double bed (160x200cm) and 1 single bed (90x200cm), 1 bedroom (1 double bed (140x200cm) + 1 baby bed) and 1 bedroom (3 single beds (90x190cm), shower room, toilet, games room. 4 additional beds (90x190cm beds). Internet (Wi-Fi), telephone, oil-fired central heating. Tasteful decor: limewash, beams, antique tiles... Sheets, household linens, and cleaning upon request.
Weekend rentals: arrival in the afternoon and departure in the afternoon upon request from the owners (48 hours on site).
Mandatory cleaning fee (€95) for professionals and optional for individuals.
Heating fee INCLUDED in the price, rate depending on the season:
Fuel/electricity heating fee from November 16th to March 15th: €15/night
Fuel/electricity heating fee from March 16th to April 30th and from October 1st to November 15th: €7/night
Fuel/electricity heating fee from May 1st to September 30th: €3/night.
