About this cottage rental
19th century farmhouse, fully renovated with exposed beams, located in a quiet hamlet. Enclosed grounds of 2000 m² with terrace. Portico, ping-pong table, r Living room (2 double sofa beds), living room, fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms. (1-2: 140x190 bed + 90x190 bed, 3: 2 120x200 beds), 2 bathrooms (2 toilets). Additional equipment: Wi-Fi, DVD player, radio/CD (+vinyls), flat screen, complete equipment for 2 babies. Electric heating included up to 500 kWh per week (over €0.22 per kWh). Fishing available at the owner's house upon request. Large trampoline. Mandatory cleaning if pets are allowed. Price per night and per pet €5.00
Cleaning fee: €80 extra and mandatory when pets are allowed and for owners.
Bed linen rental: €15 per person per stay.
Towel rental: €6 per person per stay.
Additional person (over 8) €30.00 per weekend, €30.00 per week. 50.00. 20% OFF on the second week for 2 consecutive weeks ALL YEAR ROUND. Single-story cottage, all on the ground floor.
