About this cottage rental
Fully renovated 19th-century farmhouse with exposed beams, located in a quiet hamlet. Enclosed 2000 m² grounds with terrace. Swing set, ping-pong table, living room (2 double sofa beds), lounge, fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms. (1-2: 140x190 bed + 90x190 bed, 3: 2 120x200 beds), 2 shower rooms (2 toilets). Additional equipment: Wi-Fi, DVD player, radio/CD player (+vinyl records), flat screen TV, complete equipment for 2 babies. Electric heating included up to 500 kWh per week (beyond that, €0.22 per kWh). Fishing available on request at the property. Large trampoline. Cleaning fee is mandatory if pets are staying. Price per night and per pet: €5.00.
Cleaning fee: €80 extra and mandatory for pets and for owners.
Linen rental: €15 per person per stay.
Towel rental: €6 per person per stay.
Additional person (beyond 8): weekend €30.00, week €50.00. 20% DISCOUNT on the 2nd week for 2 consecutive weeks ALL YEAR ROUND. Ground floor cottage with everything on the ground floor.
