La planta baja, pero patio abandonado
Humedales en dormitorios sótano y patio mal cuidado, bañera obsoleta, sin plato de ducha ni asa para subsección. Ademas subir y bajar escaleras para dormitorios de sótano. Abajo sin aseo.

Não gostei da confusão que ocorreu pois quando cheguei ao apartamento sábado de tarde, estavam na presença de duas pessoas desconhecidas enquanto já tinha pertences pessoais dentro de casa. Havia pouco papel higiiènico e não havia esponja para lavar a loiça.

L'espace, le calme. Commodités.
Propreté de la cuisine, problème d'humidité et odeur d'humidité dans les placards, terrasse à nettoyer, le four fait sauter le disjoncteur. Manque ustensiles de cuisine et kit de nettoyage. Si non , tout va bien.

Logement confortable, bien équipé et bien situé, literie propre
Bel appartement en apparence, ne pas regarder dans le détail, notamment le plus désagréable est cette odeur d'humidité dans la cuisine et les placards qui imprègne la vaisselle. Le logement n'est pas très propre: poussières, micro ondes, frigo, congélateur pas propres. Une bonne rénovation serait à prévoir
