This was the 4th year our group has stayed at Cayo Verde. Everything was AMAZING! We could not have been happier with our stay and communication with the owner was immediate and flawless. One day we came back to the house with the pool looking slightly murky and off-color and I let Lissette know. In less than 2 hrs a pool maintenance man arrived and had it looking pristine again. I could not say enough good things about this place, it was so great!

We basically only slept here because we were working in San Germán during our stay but it was nice to have a beautiful, spacious home to return to. The pool was clean and refreshing. The grill was nice for making meals. Lissette is a great communicator and host. This was our second stay and we will definitely stay here again!

Property NEEDS TLC badly has a lot of potential but needs a deep cleaning and maintenance many things in disrepair and not in good condition particularly bathrooms, kitchens and common areas.
