Lets me start by saying I had an amazing stay. We made a last minute reservation and was super impressed of how clean and cozy this small hotel was. The staff was extremenly friendly and helpful and happy that you are there! Amaury served us breakfast and he was so pleasant and energetic! Jamise at the bar was over the top! Cristian was always making sure we didnt need anything at the pool.. honestly I am already planning in doing a girls trip here! even the manager was very attentive and welcoming. The restaurant food was super super good. we loved the mahi mahi ;)

The recommendation of course is to the staff in general they need to be more flexible and have the best communication skills between theme and the customer.

We had a wonderful time at Parguera PlaA, nive rooms, great pool, nice muaic at the pool and the food at Brujula delicious. I had the best churrasco there, All personnel very courteous Definitely will recommend and go back!!
