The property is located in the business district so it was nice and quiet in the weekend, yet easy to get to the main attractions. Perfect location between 2 direct tramlines and for walking around to most areas. The bathroom and laundry area is well-equipped.
It was a shame that there was only 1 thin pillow on each bed, and the mattresses are also pretty thin. The room was also a little dusty and could definitely use a proper cleaning under the beds. While it was nice to have a kitchen, we were not provided any cloth or towel in the kitchenette so there is nothing to wipe the counter if you wash a couple of glasses or bowls.
