This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is set on a 100 acre ranch just outside of Hugo, Oklahoma. This split bedroom floorplan with a large master suite with a sitting area is the perfect place for a family or a group of friends. In addition to a large living area, there is a bonus room packed with fun. There are board games, cards and a tv with DVD player. There is two twin sofa beds in this area. The spacious kitchen is ready for a big family dinner.

The highlight of the property is in the beautifully landscaped yard. There is a gazebo and several sitting areas, as well as a play area for the kids. Enjoy nature and get away from the busyness of life while relaxing on the pristine grounds.

Located less than five miles from the closest boat ramp on Hugo Lake, this house is a fisherman's dream. Bring the boat and enjoy the lake and fishing. If the lake isn't your thing Hugo is home to one of the most unique attractions in the country. The Endangered Ark is home to over 15 elephants. They offer public and private tours where you have the opportunity to feed and even bathe the elephants. Just over an hour away is Hochatown, Ok., a tourist destination that offers a variety of restaurants, wineries and outdoor activities including kayaking, hiking and beautiful Broken Bow Lake.

This property is amazing, quiet ,there was a a doe that came in at dusk in the front yard. The house is well equipment cleaned, and large. The owner responds very quickly to questions. I will return soon.

This home was so clean and offered so many amenities! Located in a beautiful country setting only minutes from Hugo, this was the perfect spot for our family and friends to gather. With lots of play room outdoors and an open floor plan inside, it was the perfect spot for a celebration. The day after our event, we spent the day just enjoying the quiet and solitude. This property was wonderful! Very clean and lots of stuff to do inside (board games, mitts). Kitchen was stocked with all essential pots and pans and cleaning supplies if you needed them. We stayed at this property with our grandchildren for a week. The property manager was fantastic to work with and so responsive to our every need. The ammenities were wonderful! The rooms were large, the playset was a hit and the gameroom was such fun! This is our place for a large family gathering with kids for sure!!

We stayed for our 4th or 5th time and it is always wonderful. We ride side by sides at Pine Mountain and this place is perfect for us to get there easily as well close to town if we need anything last minute. We love the privacy of it and it is always well stocked for cooking.

The house was clean, well organized, and many additional amenities were provided. The cabinets and drawers were clearly labeled, so it was easy to find things like trash bags, toilet paper, etc. The location was ideal for visiting Growler Pines Tiger Preserve and the elephants at the Endangered Ark Foundation, which were the reasons for our trip to Hugo. The host was very kind and prompt to respond to messages. One tip for those, like me, who don't have a digital keypad, to lock the door when leaving just push, "Brinker." 😄 I struggled with that initially. This is a great spot with a lot of room inside and out for a family or a couple of small families to relax and escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Definitely recommend.

Mary was so great with communication and check-in was super simple. Mary definitely thought of everything, making sure her home was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen and house was well-appointed. The stay was so peaceful and relaxing, such a pastoral setting! We enjoyed star gazing, the grounds with flowering plants and trees. We even saw a few coyotes cut across the pasture one morning. We visited Hugo Lake State Park, Broken Bow, the Showman's Rest. We had a beautiful drive on the Talimena Scenic Drive as we headed toward Arkansas. We had some delicious meals in Hugo, Roma Italian Restaurant was excellent with BYOB, we also dined at the Pit Stop and Buffalo Grill. The Main Street Bakery had great pastries and donuts. We were in Hugo for the total eclipse which was amazing! Truly our stay couldn't have been any better, it was just perfect! Thank you for sharing your home :)

This was our third time staying here and as always, it's was fantastic. Everything you could possibly need has been provided. The best thing is how beautiful and quiet the location is. We live in the city and prefer the country, so coming to see our family in Hugo and staying here is always the "reset" we need. So much space to visit and entertain our family and friends! When we brought our grandchildren, they had a ball in the game room as well as running wild outside and catching fireflies. Mary is always easy to get in contact with if you have a question.

Great location. You feel like you’re far away from everything because it’s so peaceful and quit yet you can get to a store within minutes. Also the house was larger in life than the pictures!! We were in town for a family reunion. This place was perfect for our stay as well as family gatherings. We loved the gazebo at night when making smores. My favorite was swinging from the swing hanging in the tall tree and listening to all the frogs and bugs sing at night. Mary was helpful and had everything we needed. Its a short trip in to town for supplies or gas station. Definitely will be my new place to stay when visiting. This perfectly hidden home was what we needed for our perfect weekend!

We visited Antlers, OK to see our Father before he passed. We stay in Hugo which was a short drive to Antlers. Wish we could have visited during more happy times, our Father passed the first night we got there. We didn’t check in till the next day. We woke up a beautiful sunrise. The open field in the back took our breath away. It was so peaceful and made us feel close to our Father. It was the most perfect place to stay. Everything about the home is peaceful. Beds are comfortable and the snacks provided were very much appreciated. Thank you Ms. Mary for being so thoughtful and kind to us.
