Really well equipped apartment. Very peaceful and spacious. The terrace is an amazing size, just perfect for a relaxing holiday. It is a short walk to a tram that will get you into alicante centre if desired. The beach area in san Juan is about a 15-20min walk.

Everything..perfect place for vacation

Nice apartment, great location, lovely pool. Great value for money.
Bedrooms a little small, but did not affect our stay. We let the agent know there was an issue with the clothes iron which had exposed wires which tripped the main house fuse. I was able to flick that on. We notified the agent requesting a replacement. He responded asking if anyone had replied, but never got the replacement before departure. Not a big problem, but more for a safety point of view in the future. I'm sure this will have now been resolved and I'm only mentioning it to ensure it is.
