Modern housing

Clean, modern, decorated recently, the staff was very polite. The breakfast was very well suitable for our early leave. Also, it was organized well. The design was great with all the little details.

Could have had 2 sheets, I don't like to share the sheet, but a minor thing.

The place is well located, very clean and organized - but carefull with the neighbors

The place is well located (about 10 minutes from the center, on foot), very clean and organized and the host was waiting to welcome us. It is a shared apartment, with two bedrooms, one suite and the other with a separate bathroom, but only for that bedroom. We stayed there for two days. On our first day, we barely saw the neighbors from the next room who stayed in the next room, they were organized and silent people, it was great. On the second day, other people arrived at the site who were very noisy, disorganized, and had a party all night long, as the rooms are joined together you can hear everything from one report to the next. The apartment is fine, I think you just have to be lucky with your neighbors.

Another decent accommodation.

Very organized, responsible home owner. Appeared shortly after our arrival call. The apartment is cozy, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a shared living room. We had very quiet neighbors. I really liked the balcony-terrace. Attention to interior details can be felt in all spaces. The apartment is clean, the beds are comfortable, there are bathrobes in the bathroom, all kinds of tools in the kitchen, city maps are provided. The breakfast set is OK.

I was amused by the way the common spaces were divided, by the owner's marking of the furniture with ribbons of different colors. You are constantly tensed not to "go to someone else's garden", you check whether this particular drawer, tool, item is intended for you or your neighbor. You are stressed, afraid to make a mistake. But we understand the order of this housing, strict hygiene requirements and accept the rules.

if you had to stay in Terni it’s a perfect place

spotless clean, very modern, new furniture, all the amenities and even a full kitchen. host very thoughtful of everything without asking. everything was prepared with color codes of your stuff and there was plenty. loved the coffee machine parking is in the street plenty of space.

NIce, cute with terrace!

The place itself nice and comfortable and clean, the terrace is really cute and nice. The bedroom is perfect and we got robes ! The bathroom is the best part of the place for me because the shower is big and you have lots of warm water and the style of this bathroom is top on.

The location of this pleace maybe little bit more far what I thought first from the station. So if you are by walk you need to walk a little bit more than you think. I did not like that the breakfast was not fresh or lactosefree even I asked for that.

Appartamento molto bello e ben arredato, situato al 4° piano con ascensore in posizione molto agevole per visitare il centro storico o per spostarsi dalla città. Ottima comunicazione. Colazione varia.

La nostra camera non aveva il bagno in camera, tuttavia era ad uso esclusivo.

Tutto veramente ottimo! La proprietaria già dal mattino si è preoccupata per il ns arrivo. All'orario da me scelto era già davanti al palazzo. Ci ha illustrato tutti i servizi dell'appartamento e della zona, nonchè la gestione autonoma della colazione. L'appartamento è curato in ogni dettaglio, nulla è lasciato al caso. Possibilità di pagare con il bancomat..

Super Consigliato

Casa molto accogliente e pulita. La posizione è eccellente (2 minuti a piedi dal supermercato) ed ha molti posti per la macchina dove poterla parcheggiare senza preoccuparsi di eventuali multe o danneggiamenti. Inoltre siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla colazione. Il proprietario ha avuto cura di suddividere ogni singolo prodotto per le due stanze segnandoli anche con delle etichette indicandovi il nome della stanza corrispondente. Abbiamo trovato asciugamani ed accappatoi puliti, sapone per le mani, bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Al nostro arrivo in camera c’erano degli snack di benvenuto oltre che varie capsule per prepararsi caffè o tè. Avevamo un televisore nostro in camera ed un climatizzatore. Il proprietario è stato super disponibile, si è mostrato molto flessibile sull’orario di arrivo nonostante avessimo cambiato varie volte l’orario del check in. Inoltre ci ha accolto per farci vedere la casa e si è mostrato molto disponibile sul consigliarci posti dove mangiare in zona e cosa visitare.

Non ci siamo resi conto che la casa avendo due camere va condivisa con un eventuale ospite. I bagni sono comunque separati anche se una camera ha il bagno all’interno mentre l’altra (la nostra) aveva il bagno all’esterno della camera, sul corridoio. È stata una nostra mancanza non renderci conto di questa situazione che comunque non ha reso il soggiorno spiacevole.

Camera pulita e molto funzionale. Check-in veloce con la gentilissima proprietaria. Prodotti a disposizione (pane, fette biscottate, marmellata, burro, yogurt, cialde per il caffè) per la preparazione autonoma della colazione nell'ampia zona giorno comune. Ottimo! Siamo stati molto bene. Grazie.

Camera molto pulita e confortevole, ristrutturata da pochissimo. Anche la cucina in comune molto pulita, con aria condizionata. La ragazza che ci ha accolto molto gentile e disponibile.

Alloggio ristrutturato di recente, quindi nuovissimo e pulitissimo. Ottimo per visitare la cittadina, ma anche per mangiare da Pucci, perché sono entrambi a 400 metri dall'alloggio, con parcheggio gratuito sotto il palazzo. Letto e cuscini in memory foam super comodi. la colazione non aveva prodotti freschi, a parte lo yogurt, anche se ricca e varia. Consigliatissimo!!!

Come a casa

Esperienza molto positiva. Pulizia ottima, soggiorno (comune) molto spazioso e luminoso. Tutto nuovissimo, dagli arredi agli infissi. Veramente molto ordinato. Grande scelta di prodotti da colazione e di benvenuto.Gestori veramente cordiali e disponibili. Posizione buona, con comodo ponte pedonale si raggiunge il centro in 5/6 minuti a piedi. Ho avuto una bella sensazione come se fossi a casa mia.

La mia stanza era servita da un bagno privato (ben pulito) che era raggiungibile attraversando parti comuni, magari a qualcuno potrebbe non piacere. La cosa era comunque ben specificata nella prenotazione.
