Pets of any kind are not permitted in this home. There will be a fine of up to $500 for any pets or evidence of pets found in the units if permission has not been granted.
All rates are subject to a 5% GST, 8% PST, 3% hotel tax & 7% booking fee.
Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card plus photo identification for a pre-authorization of $500. The credit card may be charged up to $500 after departure if the property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of the main guest.

Overall I was very happy with the stay. Check-in instructions could have been clearer as its a tricky setup finding the parking garage and accessing the remote. But everything else was great. I requested extension of my check-out time to 11 due to little kids and the host kindly asked the cleaning crew and arranged that for us. Amy was very easy to communicate when needed. Property was nice and had everything we needed.

This is a beautifully decorated condo and I definitely would recommend it. It's well stocked, clean and quiet. The furniture, appliances, etc., looked new and everything worked well. The hot tub in the complex was great. The only hassle (a small one) was getting ski gear out of the ski storage area behind the front door when we also wanted the front door open to leave. Other condos we've stayed at in Whistler have a similar storage set-up; I don't think there's really any way to change it.
