Fantastic facilities. Every homely need was catered for with a great kitchen for cooking.

The shower. It was one of worst. If it was update for better water flow, it would be great

PROS: The staff and how responsive they are. The location. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. The heating in the accommodation is easy and works a treat after a long day skiing. I give it a 6/10 because the fundamental sleeping arrangement was really poor, every other aspect was 9/10.

CONS: The sofa bed. It's not an ideal situation. Apparently, it's more suited for children, even though it's not advertised as that, so be warned. I have no issue using these beds generally, but this wasn't a normal sofabed in terms of comfort and structure. After sending photos to the polite staff, it's clear the bed needed to be broken for change. Staff were responsive and polite, and an alternative was offered after too many emails. If your children like sleeping in a spoon-shaped bed where it's lower in the middle, they're in for a treat! This didn't ruin the experience as the staff's hands were tied, but the complaint system shouldn't reward those who have to email a lot to be taken seriously. If I'd known this was the situation I may not have booked this accommodation, in all honesty, but everything else is to such a high standard I feel conflicted.
