Welcome to Magnolia Place 104/4665 - located at Myrtlewood Golf Resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach, SC. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom, first floor Myrtle Beach condo has incredible views of the pool from the screened-in patio.
This cozy golf villa has just recently been updated! The kitchen and common areas are all tile or laminate with new furniture. The living space area has a large flat-screen television and a comfortable seating area. The kitchen here is fully functional and stocked with all of the necessary utensils, cutlery, and appliances to prepare a gourmet meal or a simple breakfast and a Keurig coffee maker.
The master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and flat-screen television. There is also private access to the screened-in porch from the master bedroom. The guest bedroom has two twin-size beds and a flat-screen for entertainment. There is a second bathroom attached to the second bedroom and living area.
Navigating Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand’s summer traffic can be challenging during certain times of the day. The Magnolia Place complex is in the Myrtlewood Golf community just off of 48th Avenue North. Many popular Myrtle Beach attractions are within a 15-minute trip from Magnolia Place.

I was looking to rent a condo in Myrtle Beach and found this condo through Palmetto. The condo looked like the pictures and in a great location. There were a few leaks in the sinks, but that was corrected the same day I notified the company. I would recommend the property

Overall my family had a nice stay in this condo, but it needs new mattresses on all beds very badly. We would only stay here again if we knew they were replaced. Besides that there are a few maintenance repairs needed. Master bath tub faucet drips, kids’ bedroom dresser drawers are not on the runners, and the kids’ bathroom faucet drips.

During our stay at the property, we experienced some issues that impacted our overall experience. Firstly, there was a lack of extra trash bags and pillowcases/sheets for the pullout couch, which would have been helpful. Additionally, we couldn't find any dishwashing pods for the dishwasher. It would have been convenient to have some available. We also noticed a shortage of extra towels, which would have been useful. Furthermore, we believe that it might be time for the property to undergo some upgrades, especially on the inside with regards to the old covers and blankets. It seemed like the property could benefit from a refresh. Lastly, it appeared that the cleaning of the house may have been overlooked, as we noticed some areas that were not as clean as expected.
