It was a great experience

It was the best stay I ever had. Glenn was flexible and welcoming. The bed is super comfy and feels luxurious. The shower is great and all the kitchen equipment was of excellent quality. Very quiet location and close to the centre of town. I liked the extra touch of a Christmas tree as it made the stay even more homey.

Ideal romantic getaway or stay

Location of the property was fantastic just a short stroll to town centre Property was designed very well and surprisingly spacious and very well thought out in the layout Everything we needed was thought of by the owners On arrival the temperature was Warm nice lighting Will definitely be coming back when visiting the area

Terrific accommodation

The accommodation is spacious and has absolutely everything you need for a great stopover in Buxton. 🙌

The only thing we didn't like was the small sofa, which was uncomfortable to sit in. We think it's overused possibly due to being closest to a light source by the sofas.

Stylish, comfortable and exceptionally clean accommodation.

I booked the apartment as a surprise weekend for my partner, and it was perfect. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. Our hosts were fantastic, they helped make the surprise extra special by arranging flowers and balloons, just as I’d requested. A big thank you for making our stay so memorable!

A pleasant and comfortable stay in beautiful Buxton

The apartment is very well presented and clean. The arrival instructions worked well, including a helpful video. The apartment was very quiet and is well situated for a stroll into Lower Buxton.

The key box was a bit fiddly. The drive up the side of the building was pretty steep but manageable in low gear. It would have been nice to have a couple of milk sachets for at least the first night.

The location is perfect for anyone who is looking to get them selves into the Peak District or even a day out round the local town, it was spotless, cozy and so simple to use all the facilities available. Perfect for a little get away. No complaints from me and my partner, we didn’t want to leave.

Everything was perfect. Top quality furnishings, extremely clean, comfortable bed, excellent shower, parking right outside the door, easy access to the town centre. Clear information provided by hosts, speedy response to communications. If we ever visit the area again, we will 100% be checking availability of this property.

You wont find a place in Buxton better than Ashleigh, quality, location and beautiful

A fantastic place to stay in Buxton! We arrived tired and a little stressed, Nathan saw the driveway alert that we had arrived and popped down to assist us with the lockbox. We were well on the way to gaining access but it was nice to be greeted and we gained some local intel from Nathan, thanks. Very well appointed and beautifully furinshed. Everything worked well and all of the applianced were of the highest quality, we appreciated the Dyson heating/cooling device. Really nice bathroom, wonderful shower and the little details like a light over the mirror show that the host has thought through how the space will be used A short walk into town, yes it was a bit steep but the older couple in front of us provided a great inspiration and before you know it you are home. Parking was easy directly infront on the street or there is also some off street parking. Very quiet inside and out and the front porch is the spot for evening drinks. Without doubt the best place we have stayed in the first four weeks of our UK tour.

It's really hard to think of something as the place is wonderful but the only thing I would suggest to add woud be a clothes rack as we don't like to use dryers. I feel bad saying that as the place was so great and the facilities first class.

Best short stay ever...

The location was perfect, nice easy walk into the town centre and the Park. The property was georgeous, it was spotlessly clean, never stayed anywhere so beautiful before. Buxton was the perfect place to spend a few days.

Lovely weekend break is glorious Buxton.

Beautiful building. Fabulous decor inside. So quiet, yet just a short stroll to the Pavilion Gardens in Buxton. Everything was supplied in the kitchen that you would need to make your own breakfast. Thank you very much.

A magnificent place to stay !

Although breakfast wasn't included, there were complimentary croissants, bread, jams, cereal, juice etc, and a small fully equipped kitchen. The accommodation itself was probably the best we have ever stayed at, and an absolute credit to the hosts, refurbished in keeping with it's history, and with a view to Solomon's Temple from our bedroom. Marvellous !
