Remvi GUEST HOUSE

Прекарахме два много приятни дни в къщичката, която се намира в края на селото; не е близо до таверни и магазини, но разходката до тях е приятна и не дълга. Комуникацията с домакина беше безпроблемна, настаняването също - лесно и удобно. Помещенията са удобни и много чисти, декорирано е красиво. А гледката от прозорците и от дворчето и верандата е великолепна! Можеш цял ден да седиш и да се взираш в прекрасната планина пред теб. С удоволствие бихме отседнали отново тук.

Оборудването в кухнята има нужда от малко повече неща, като например повече чаши и други дреболии, които не са драматични, но би било добре да ги има.

Very cute and cozy apartment, very spacious and great location. The view from the living room is so beautiful. The directions given by the host were very detailed and we were very happy with our overall stay!

Εξαιρετική θέα απο παράθυρα και βεράντα. Ωραίο σπιτι με τον κηπο του. Πολλη ησυχια. Ευγενικοτατος και εξυπηρετικοτατος ο οικοδεσπότης.

Η τοποθεσία του σπιτιού ήταν λίγο δύσκολη. Θέλουν αλλαγή κάποια κατσαρολικα γιατι έχουν χαλάσει και όταν μαγειρεύεις αφηνουν μαυρακια μεσα στο φαγητο. Λίγο ακόμη καθαριότητα θα προτιμούσα στις λεπτομέρειες, π.χ. ντουζιέρα ή φουρνος.

Remvi is located in a peaceful elevated hillside position with panoramic views across the village of Pramanta and the surrounding mountains. The roads to it are typical mountain village roads, a bit narrow/steep in places with some entertaining tight turns but you have your own gated (its a heavy sliding gate) private parking right by the front door. Access is self check-in via lockbox & the host provided box code and detailed directions via WhatsApp in the morning before arrival. On arrival we turned the very efficient heating system on, plus the rather good log effect electric fire. There’s also an air con unit if it starts getting a bit toasty. Its compact but light, three rooms, a bedroom (pink theme), kitchen/lounge area with large sofa bed and a bathroom with walk in shower. You’ve also got a basic seating area outside the front door surrounded by a small fenced wild garden. The host had also kindly left us a bottle of wine and biscuits.

Remvi did have a notable smell of damp when we arrived and would have benefited from airing. The kitchen is getting a bit tired with paint peeling off the cooker, one of the hob control knobs is missing, the sink tap has worked loose and wobbles around and the kitchen worktop has sustained some damage along the way. It just needs a bit of renovating. Remvi is a very affordable property hence one can’t expect it to be perfect and the vast majority of people who have reviewed it have loved the place, but for us, it just didn’t really work and we would look elsewhere if visiting Pramanta again.
