Short walk to beautiful Sevier park for events, trails or enjoy nearby yoga studios in this walkable, friendly neighborhood. Private access, and contemporary styling make this the ideal spot for your visit to Nashville.

Note : Construction is going on in our building starting Jan 5th from 8-4 daily M-F we know this is not Ideal but want you to be aware when you book you acknowledge and accept these conditions

Location, communication w owner 5!However, the bathroom had peeling paint, horrible water pressure, clogged sink, dirty shower curtain. Needs updated, and repairs.

Convenient location for all things to do in Nashville. Clean and spacious apartment.Will definitely stay here again… highly recommend!

This condo is in a wonderful location in the quaint 12th South District with shopping, coffee shops, and restaurants just steps away. Would recommend to anyone visiting Nashville. Hosts were easy to contact and were clear with their information
