It is a pleasant staying overall.

It is located conveniently right next to a bus stop where you can get to Vail in 10 min ride. We only have 4 people staying so it is spacious for us. Very relaxing and quite neighborhood.

They advertised a double sofa bed but turned out it was just a sofa. Turned out we had to use a single bed in the masater bed room sleeping on the floor. We contacted the management, and after few days of pushing for compensation, until we checked out, and back home, finally they refunded $500 for the lack of double sofa bed. Their listing has updated too, but the room rate remains the same.

Very conveninet to catch the shuttle. Layout worked great for us. Nice furnishings.

Nice place but a lot of issues.

It was great to be on the bus line.

The condo sleeps up to 7 people but the living room only has seating for 5. It needs another sofa for 7 people to be comfortable. When called about how to lower the heat, no one knew and had to call us back. Customer service needs some training on basic/common questions. We ended up figuring it out for ourselves. A book explaining sound system, heating, wood supply, etc would be nice.
