This property is a lovely comfortable, quiet, three bedroom condo with a small deck overlooking Gore Creek. It is an easy to get to location in West Vail, with parking for two cars. Owner, Cesar, is quick to respond to any questions. We (four adults) had a wonderful time, and would stay here again!

Wonderful family vacation! The only disappointment was having no hot water on the first day. However, once I notified the owner, it was quickly fixed! We appreciated the responsiveness. The home was well equipped and very comfortable for our family of six.. The area was gorgeous. We enjoyed our coffee by the creek. The sound of the water in the evening made for a very relaxing experience. Free shuttle service made visiting the villages and hiking trials a breeze! The Berry Picker trail was beautiful and challenging! The the gondola ride down made it even better. Such views! Don’t miss visiting Vale Village and Beaver Creek (a short drive) Village- Lions Head too!

Our son graduated college and we stayed here with our two daughters while moving him to Avon. The condo was spacious, clean and beautiful. The second day we stayed we saw the biggest bald eagle fly by, and also the most amazing humming birds while standing on the porch. The river view was beautiful and the sounds were so peaceful. The condo had everything you could want. It was so relaxing to grill on the porch and everyone we saw was so friendly. The beds and couch were so comfortable and we all talked about how fun it would be to come back and ski in the winter. We also all appreciated having cable and digital tv options to wind down at night. The location has easy access to West or East 70 and is minutes away from Vail Village and plenty of hiking trails. The first night we arrived late and had trouble getting in. Cesar was amazing and so responsive even though with the time difference it was late for him! He went out of his way to check on us throughout our stay to make sure we had no other issues. This was our first time in Colorado and we are already looking forward to when we can come back! Highly recommend!

Very nice location. Everything we needed was provided. Propane, firewood, utensils everything. We just needed to bring our own food. The view was amazing! The condo stood right next to creek. Access to Vail shopping was easy. There is also a bus that is free that you can use. Property owner responded quickly to our messages. The only thing i didnt like was that house sits on a 3rd floor. Hard to take coolers and caes of water up there but besides that would stay again.

Absolutely fabulous. The house was so clean, well stocked and gave us a fabulous home for the week! Location was amazing, right on Gore creek, about 5 minutes from Vail Village. Such a quiet neighborhood. Never heard vehicles or anyone…only the rush of the creek, flowing high. The house was stocked with everything: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, lots of towels/linens, laundry det, dish soap, paper goods, plenty of “real” dishes, games, a portable speaker, books, coffee…just about anything you need or want for a home-away-from-home. It was like stepping into your own home. One thing to know is there is no air conditioner in the house, we couldn’t get the heat turned down and it was quite toasty and warm (too warm for our liking). We kept the windows and patio door open 24 hrs and it still wouldn’t cool down. Then we pulled out lots of box fans from the closets (there are several in every closet). I messaged Cesar and he responded quickly and encouraged us to use the fans. We never did get the temperature down to our liking but it wasn’t awful…nor was it a big deal. We just prefer a cooler home (it stayed consistently at 71° even with the windows open and fans on). But with that said, not 1 thing was wrong with the home. That was just a personal preference. Would we stay there again or recommend it for you? ⒶⒷⓈⓄⓁⓊⓉⒺⓁⓎ

Lovely home. Well furnished kitchen. Good storage in entry for stuff. Great comfy couch. Nice showers. Plenty hot water. Important to note: the condo is located on 2nd floor with over 15 outside steps to entry and a bit of walk from parking. We didn’t expect that and arrived in dark. Vail bus stop close to unit 15-20 minute to vail village depending on bus route. Would recommend staying here. Good value.

We had a great stay at Cesar’s condo in West Vail. It’s a great location to ski either Vail or Beaver Creek. The condo had plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 4 teens, and the layout is great for having the whole crew together. Overall, it was a great place and Cesar is a great host. We would definitely stay again!

The VRBO had tons of amenities which made our stay pleasant and convenient. The only complaint from the group was the bunk beds being a little uncomfortable. Besides that, the stay was great and we would be back in a heartbeat.

We are a group of faculty who were in Vail for a scientific conference. It was perfect for us as there were 2 couples and 3 singles and all had their own bed. We loved the ambience of the place and it was very convenient to our meeting in Lionshead. The place was nicely decorated and had lots of amenities. We did not get a chance to use the sauna, but we would love to come back for the same conference next year.

We visited with our 6 kids over Christmas and had a great time! The property was amazing and fun to play in the snow and listen to the river! There were plenty of blankets and fun games for everybody when we came in to warm up. All of the neighbors we came into contact with were very kind. Caesar was always very responsive when we messaged! We would definitely stay here again, if the opportunity arises!

We had a great time at this condo! Perfect location with the vail transit system right out the door and beautiful gore creek out the back. Really had everything we needed, only thing I would have liked were some better quality of cooking pans but I'm somewhat of a pan snob. Great towels and linens and comfortable beds. We thoroughly enjoyed all the unique characteristics of this home; the peace and quiet; and the location. It is beautiful and well cared for, with many interesting architectural elements throughout. The kitchen is gorgeous and thoughtfully stocked. The master bed and bath - with a sauna! - are comfortable and distinctive. And the owner, Cesar, provided very clear and timely communications. This location was perfect for our stay. Centrally located, we travelled up to Rocky Mountain National Park and down to Aspen. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The living space was laid out nicely allowing for movies, cooking and coloring at the bar all at the same time! Communication with the owners was timely and thorough. Coffee outside by the river was my favorite part! Great place. Great stay.

We absolutely loved this place. It was just the right size, very clean. The kitchen was stocked like my own home. Good quality everything. It felt like staying at a friends house, not a rental. The location is perfect. So easy to access the ski resorts. Ceasar was wonderful. Very attentive, responded immediately to answer questions. I would highly recommend this place!
