The location of this condo is great. It's minutes away from a lot of activities. The view of the ocean is beautiful and peaceful. The communication with the host was good until we were checking in. There was missing documentation that held me back from entering the room. I had several correspondences with the host prior and also received a "Hope you're all checked in and off to a great stay." message before I arrived. I reserved this place 4 months before the stay. There was plenty of time to confirm this. This experience was very poor after all the communication we had beforehand. There is minimal space to unload a vehicle at the curb. It's very congested and no dollys available. The room was not cleaned very well. I couldn't find a broom anywhere so had to buy one to clean up the floor. The kids said there was sand in their beds. The bathtub in the master was not cleaned. The overall appearance is not the best, but it's very convenient. We didn't spend too much time in there anyway.

The property was fantastic but the check in process was the worst I ever experienced in all my years of traveling. I paid 75 to check in at 1:00 instead of 4. 3 hours later I got in the condo at 4:05. Myself nor VRBO could get the host or Big Fish Rentals to answer our phone calls. I had to resend pictures I had already sent when I booked the condo. I requested a 75 refund because I didn’t get in early but no one replied to my request. The condo was fantastic and very comfortable! The property was well maintained and so close to the beach. The views were outstanding with the double balconies but I will not stay here again because of the service I didn’t receive during check in.

Overall the stay was great. Parking was decent, the room very nice and clean, I wish the listing would have clarified that it was on the 14th (out of 21) floor beforehand but all in all it was nice.
