The property was newly updated and just as described in the listing. We did have some issues with communication. We weren’t notified that there was an issue with the booking until the morning of and spent a few hours getting that rectified. But, once that was corrected, everything with the check in process was great. The unit has a problem with the AC and we notified the owner, but got no response other than to send a photo of the thermostat and then no response after that. The unit would not allow the temperature to move above 65. Several times it reached 61 and we literally froze to death. We had to buy extra blankets to stay warm. If planning to cook in the unit, there are minimal utensils and supplies. There were only 2 forks. Also, only 6 towels provided for a unit that is supposed to sleep 8 and then a 30 fee to get more. Thankfully, a washer and dryer is in the unit, so we just washed them. Aside from those issues everything else was great. Great views, fast elevators, multiple pools, and everything seemed quiet and secure. The condo is also located directly on the strip so within walking distance to several attractions. Overall we had a great trip!

Beautiful view and condo. Very clean and well decorated. Limited cookware but enough to make it work for a small family. I appreciated that there was a fan in the closet because it gets really warm at night. Julie was very responsive and nice. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Check in process was a nightmare, Big Fish Realtor demanded identity verification that would put one at risk of a breach. I tried several times to work with someone to verify I was the person booking and was unsuccessful. Finally the Host called back and sent a maintenance worker to my room at 11:30pm to verify who is was. I will never rent a property listed with Big Fish. Now the room, deceiving - in serious need of paint, the floor had so much sand when we arrived, no carpet in the living room space and the laminate on the cabinet was damaged and peeling off. Big Fish Realty threatened to charge fees/penalties for damages so I suggest taking pictures to protect yourself.
