Clean, simple, easy to find and great communication. Great location and very nice people who are responsive and really helpful. Oven, Kettle, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, welcome jaffa cakes and water. Even a washing machine.

Fine for me, but steep stairs to bed loft could be a challenge for elderly or anyone with physical disabilities. Bathroom sink plug would not close to enable water to fill the sink.

Perfect location, just in old town centre, between main train station and main square. Pretty, cozy and clean apartment in safe area :)

The water was very hot, but gone very fast.. couldn’t make a shower one person straight after the other.

Amazing can’t recommend enough. Clean, coffee,biscuits, spacious. Great location

Lovely apartment the decor is lovely, ideal location in old town! The kitchen had all good facilities but the cups looked like they needed a clean. The bathroom was well stocked up with enough shower gel and toilet roll to last which is great. There is a washing machine which is good, no washing tablets. The bed is up this cute mezzanine it’s really nice, could do with a lamp as had to get out of bed to switch the light off. The communication from owner was very good.

The shower was disappointing as it was freezing cold every time we tried to get a shower. The hot water lasted a couple of minutes and then went freezing. Also the main rainfall shower head was out of use, so the hand held shower was the only one working as was pointed towards your abdomen so wasn’t ideal. I had to lather the soap and shampoo whilst I was outside of the shower so I had enough hot water to rinse it off. The entrance to the apartment smelt of wet paint and was a bit grotty/ needed refurbishment in the corridor. But the actual apartment was fine.
