Three bedroom, three full bath. 2200 square feet, Free wifi and Cable, Samsung SMART TV's in ALL rooms. Upstairs bedroom has two queens and Pullout Couch Queen. Washer/DRYER. NEW Appliances, dishwasher, Fridge, and Cooking pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker. Wagon to carry items, Corn Hole Game, Couple minute walk down road directly to beach. Jog and bike down side walks, bring flash lights for sand crabbing with kids, and see the most incredible sunsets ever off balcony. play cornhole in parking lot, everyone is very friendly. The property had everything we could ask for. The boat slip with lift made our fishing trip so easy and fit my boat perfectly. The property is directly beside the marina as well. We couldn’t have asked for better facilities or location.

The condo was gorgeous and the location was perfect for us. We have a boat that we took down and everything worked out perfectly. Our granddaughters (3) enjoyed the private upstairs area and loved being so close to the beach and pool. Highly recommend this condo.
