About this apartment rental
The Fountains is a gorgeous resort-style neighborhood. Condo 2108 is a large, luxurious condo, with beautiful furnishings. With fourteen foot vaulted ceilings, this spacious 1470sqft second floor ranch offers plenty of natural light from skylight and windows on three sides. There are large open spaces with lots of room to spread out, and it is completely furnished with everything you need. Enjoy the deck off the living room or small sitting area in front.
Contemporary art and decor highlight this paradise. There are one-of-a-kind signed stone tables and other unique pieces. The huge master suite has a king-size bed. The large master bathroom has double sinks, soaker tub & shower. Guest bedroom / study is furnished with a queen size bed and desk. Hallway bath has tub and shower, too. There are plenty of linens, including towels, pool towels, tablecloths and placemats.
The kitchen is spacious with full-size appliances. There is a reverse-osmosis (RO) purified water system that supplies the ice maker and a separate faucet for drinking water. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, small appliances such as a toaster, blender and mixer. There's glassware and stemware, and plastic ware for the pool. It has a separate eat-in kitchen area with table and four chairs, and a breakfast bar that comfortably seats two. A separate formal dining area will seat six. A closet in the kitchen hides a full-size washer and dryer. Everything you need.
The Fountains is a beautifully landscaped neighborhood, lush with fountains, trees, lagoon, jacuzzi and heated pool. Take a walk around nearby lovely Lake Serena. Enjoy a tennis game, kick a soccer ball or watch the children play at the Scottsdale Ranch Park. Walk over to the Mercado where you will find Walgreens, other shops and restaurants.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay the first time that we returned for a second stay at this beautifully decorated and extremely clean condo. The lush green grounds and extravagantly landscaped areas surrounding the pool where we spent a great deal of time truly made it feel like paradise.

This spacious condo was the perfect place for us to truly relax in a resort-like setting in the Arizona sunshine. It is so convenient and comfortable that we felt right at home. The unit is clean and supplied with everything you would need. You can spend afternoons lounging at the beautiful pool area, evenings relaxing under the palm trees in the Jacuzzi or time just exploring the Scottsdale area. The friendly owners are very helpful and accommodating and will ensure a worry-free, enjoyable stay!

We had a fantastic experience while staying at this beautiful, comfortable, clean condo and complex. The two bedroom/two bathroom condo has been recently updated, is fully stocked with everything you need, and also has a washer and dryer which made our stay most enjoyable. The pool area is exceptionally beautiful. We spent a great deal of time enjoying it, also appreciating the hot tub and lush landscaping and fountains surrounding it. The owners are exceptionally easy to work with and are very gracious people. We would highly recommend Paradise II and look forward to returning to it for some rest and relaxation. I should also mention that Scottsdale is a wonderful town to visit, offering fabulous restaurants and shopping. We loved our time there and hope to return soon. I would highly recommend this condo to my friends and family.
