Centrally located close to Loop 101, Scottsdale/Shea hospital, MAYO Hospital, Scottsdale Greenbelt with walking/biking trails, restaurants, golf and hiking. Steps to pool and Hot Tub. Multiple other pools and TENNIS/PICKLEBALL (5 Tennis / 4 Pickleball) courts in the complex. 2 Pickleball paddles and balls included. BBQ's at pool area. Walking/running/biking paths start in neighborhood and connect to the Scottsdale Greenbelt.
