Sehr gute Lage nahe an der Perlebucht und andererseits nahe am Hafen mit Gastrozeile

Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe durch Schlüsseltresor am Eingang
Stuhl auf dem Balkon kaputt, Balkonbrüstung nicht richtig befestigt, Schublade im Wohnzimmer defekt, Fenster lassen sich nur schwer schließen und öffnen, schmutziger Backofen, defekte Gardinenstange in der Küche, dicke Staubschicht auf den Kleiderschränken, Einrichtung ist spartanisch und zusammen gewürfelt - wirkt nicht sehr einladend, Duschtasse im Bad schmutzig und verkalkt, Toilettenpapierhalter defekt.... alles im Ganzen eine Ferienwohnung wo sich Hobbyhandwerker wohl fühlen würden, wenn sie auch im Urlaub heimwerken möchten.
