Modern apartment, about 35 square meters, in a quiet location for 1-4 people with separate kitchen and bathroom with shower. Each 1-2 beds are located in the living room and in the adjoining bedroom, separated by a sliding door. In the bedroom with window is a bunk bed. The living room has a dining area, a pull-out sofa bed (length lying area 2.00 m width lying area 1.60 m) with bed box, a large flat screen TV with cable / Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Sheets and towels can be rented for a fee. To the main beach or the new Pearl Bay and spa about 5 minutes, to the center about 10 minutes, shops are just 5 minutes away. The Non smoking apartment is on the ground in the high-rise building of Büsum directly behind the dike and also offers free parking. The balcony has a nice view to the dike and park. In the 22nd floor of the house you can share the communal roof terrace. From there you have a fantastic view of the sea and the countryside.
Please note: During the Christmas holidays we can only rent from 5 days, during the other holidays from 4 days or less days on request. We recommend the apartment for a maximum of 3 persons.
