About this apartment rental
Modern apartment, about 35 square meters, in a quiet location for 1-4 people with separate kitchen and bathroom with shower. Each 1-2 beds are located in the living room and in the adjoining bedroom, separated by a sliding door. In the bedroom with window is a bunk bed. The living room has a dining area, a pull-out sofa bed (length lying area 2.00 m width lying area 1.60 m) with bed box, a large flat screen TV with cable / Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Sheets and towels can be rented for a fee. To the main beach or the new Pearl Bay and spa about 5 minutes, to the center about 10 minutes, shops are just 5 minutes away. The Non smoking apartment is on the ground in the high-rise building of Büsum directly behind the dike and also offers free parking. The balcony has a nice view to the dike and park. In the 22nd floor of the house you can share the communal roof terrace. From there you have a fantastic view of the sea and the countryside.

Es ist eine kleine gemütlich Wohnung! Für Alleinreisende bzw. zu zweit ist die Wohnung optimal, die Lage direkt am Deich ist super! Der Fußweg in den Ortskern dauert ca eine 15 Minuten! Der nächste Bäcker/Supermarkt ist in ca 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar! Super ist auch der Parkplatz! Der WLAN funktioniert sehr gut! Ich würde auf jeden Fall die Wohnung wieder buchen!
Einziger Minuspunkt war für mich der Check-In bzw Abholung des Schlüssels beim Hausmeisterservice! Der Service befindet sich mitten im Ortskern, so dass man sich erst einmal einen Parkplatz suchen muss und dann einen Fußweg in Kauf nehmen muss. Auch im Vorwege war die Kommunikation zwischen dem Service und mir schleppend! Nach meiner Mitteilung der Ankunftszeit Per WhatsApp erhielt ich keine kurze Bestätigung! Auch per Telefon konnte ich die Ankunftszeit nicht durchgeben, da keiner ab nahm! Trotzdem klappte die Schlüsselübergabe im Anschluss dann reibungslos!

Für 2 Personen ist die Unterkunft ok.
Darüber hinaus wird es zu eng in dieser Wohnung.
Nicht wirklich familientauglich.
Auf der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer wird man bei Sonnenaufgang wach, da das Rollo defekt ist und sich nicht zuziehen lässt.
