Ausgangslage: Wir als Familie mit einem kleinen 3-jährigen Kind wollten an der Nordsee Urlaub machen und sind auf diese kleine Wohnung gestoßen. Lage: Die Lage der Wohnung direkt hinter dem Deich in einem ruhigen Bereich mit vielen Ein- und Mehrfamilienhäusern. Auf Höhe der der Familien-Lagune liegend ist der Weg wirklich nicht weit zum Strand. (ca.1.000-1500 gemütliche Schritte) Zur Promenade, wo sich auch die Tourismus Zentrale befindet, musste man etwas weiter laufen, aber mit einem guten Buggy war dies für uns kein Problem. Ca. 3.000-4.000 Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt. Wohnung: Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss-Mitte und besaß zwei ausreichend große Zimmer. Da unser Kind ab und zu noch sehr gerne bei uns im Bett schläft, war für uns das Angebot an Schlafplätzen ausreichend. Die zwei Matratzen waren zwar etwas durchgelegen, aber für eine Woche war es ok. Sie war wirklich sehr sauber, was nicht überall selbstverständlich ist. Man könnte zwar, wenn man penibel ist, darüber meckern, weil nicht alle Fußleisten akkurat fest oder auf Gehrung geschnitten sind oder einige Stromleitungen interessante Wege nehmen, aber für uns war das vollkommen in Ordnung und störte nicht. Fazit: In der Wohnung selbst war alles zum normalen Kochen & Selbstversorgen vorhanden. Selbst wenn das Kind mal einen Film schauen wollte war etwas für Sie dabei. Wir waren mit der Lage, der Ruhe und dem Angebot in der Wohnung sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Auch wenn kleine Schönheitsmakel vorhanden sind 5 *****. Vielen Dank!

Da der Schlüssel nicht wie angekündigt in einem Schlüsselsafe hinterlegt war, gab es einen etwas holprigen Start. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Küche und Bad sind etwas klein. Im großen und ganzen ist die Wohnung für zwei Personen aber ausreichend. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt. Der Erlengrund ist etwas abgelegen dafür aber ruhig und nahe an der Perlebucht.

Wir waren wirklich sehr überrascht wie gut diese Wohnung eingerichtet ist. An die kleinsten Kleinigkeiten wurden bedacht und jeder Quadratmeter der Wohnung ist wirklich super genutzt. Die Küche ist zwar klein, aber man hat alles was man brauchen könnte. An dieser Stelle wäre eine ausführlichere Auflistung der Ausstattung der Küche in der Anzeige vielleicht schön, dass man auch vor dem Urlaub schon weiß, dass einem in der Küche an nichts fehlt. Vor allem, wenn man öfters kochen möchte, als teuer essen zu gehen. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt super, es gab nichts zu meckern - man hat sich fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Danke nochmal!

Wir waren im Juli 2021 zum ersten Mal in Büsum und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Wohnung liegt ca. 5 Geh-Minuten von der Familienbucht entfernt. Insbesondere abends und nachts ist es wunderbar ruhig. Dank des kostenlosen Krabbenexpress' kommt man von der Innenstadt tagsüber auch schnell zur Haltestelle Familienbucht. Von dort sind es zu Fuß zur Wohnung ca. 10 Geh-Minuten. Wenn man abends in Büsum Essen geht, fährt der Krabbenexpress nicht mehr, aber den Fußweg vom Hafen/der Innenstadt zurück an der Promenade haben wir als sehr wohltuend empfunden. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider gibt es keine Spülmaschine und die Wohnung heizt sich an warmen Tagen auf. Insgesamt ist es aber eine tolle Wohnung für zwei Erwachsene mit Kind.

Das Apartment war super schön und sauber. Es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und ist sogar noch schöner wie auf den Bildern. Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Das Check-in war einfach und unproblematisch. Die Lage ist super. Wunderschöner Strand. Direkt ums Eck kann man sich auch Fahrräder leihen und man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Man ist schnell am Strand. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man wunderbar ins Zentrum radeln. Das Auto haben wir kaum benutzt. Nachmittags kann man den sonnigen Balkon genießen. Wir haben uns aus Versehen ausgesperrt, die Kontaktaufnahme mit der Vermieterin lief schnell und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür 😀

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft, die auch gut ausgestattet ist. Über Brettspiele, Kinderbett, Hochstuhl, Mixer, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher ist alles dabei. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung nur ca. 1 min vom Deich entfernt und damit fast direkt an der wirklich schönen Familienlagune. Ich würde diese Wohnung immer wieder buchen und auch weiter empfehlen

Wir kennen Büsum seit vielen Jahre, haben aber nun erstmals etwas abseits vom Ort im Erlengrund diese Wohnung gemietet. Zum Deich sind es ca. 5 Gehminuten und man ist sofort am Wasser. Dieser Ortsteil ist jünger und von vielen Wassersportlern (Surfer, Kiter) geprägt, gleichzeitig aber auch ruhig. Die Wohnung war Top! Sehr angenehme, gemütliche und neuwertige Einrichtung, absolut sauber und es ist alles vor Ort was man benötigt (es funktioniert auch alles:-) ). Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war vollkommen unkompliziert und entgegenkommend. Wir sind sehr gerne bald wieder vor Ort. Gruß aus Hamburg Matthias

Wohnung top geschnitten, alles kontaktlos super organisiert. Liebevoll eingerichtet, netter Willkommensgruß auf dem Tisch. Lage direkt hinterm Deich an perlebucht, der badelagune, und dem wohl schönsten wattbereich in büsum. Immer wieder gern. Wir kommen seit 12 Jahren fast jedes Jahr nach büsum. Diese Wohnung gehört definitiv zu den top 3, die wir hatten. Die Organisation durch den Eigentümer vor allem mit Blick auf die corona Regeln war Champions league. Das geht nicht besser.

Die Wohnung ist zwar klein hat aber alles was man braucht.Die Kopfkissen müssten mal ausgetauscht werden und die Duschkabine schliesst nicht richtig und die Türen sind sehr laut da keine Dichtungen vorhanden sind. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung. Super Lage an der Perlebucht und man ist über den Deich in ca.20 min zu Fuss in Büsum. Für uns mit Kind war die Wohnung ausreichend

Die Wohnung ist wirklich klein aber modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unschlagbar ist die Lage zu den Bademöglichkeiten in der Perlenbucht. Für 2 Erwachsene mit bis zu zwei kleineren Kindern ist die Ferienwohnung völlig ausreichend. Die Möglichkeit ein paar DVDs beim schlechten Wetter zu schauen fanden wir sehr nett. Leider ist keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung vorhanden, so dass man ggf. auf den Waschcenter ausweichen muss. Ansonsten sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Alles super. Gerne wieder,

Wir haben uns von Anfang an in der Ferinwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen optimal. Die Küche ist klein, aber fein. Wenn das Wetter mitspielt, kann man sich auf dem Balkon sonnen. Für uns war auch die Lage der Wohnung sehr angenehm (ca. 30 Minuten per Fuß bis ins Zentrum). Wir kommen gerne wieder.
