We stayed in the Sally Rand room. The room and bed were comfortable and within walking distance to an awesome coffee shop (The Leaky Roof?) and a nice little stroll down by the river where we saw eagles in the trees. This was a unique place to stay for us to break up a long drive. The host was friendly and the property felt secure. Unfortunately I can't give five stars for the pool because we didn't use it so I don't know anything about it and the review form wouldn't let me skip it.

My husband and I love staying here. Mr Rob is always available to whatever your need may be. We arrived after the race on Friday night and didn’t have any hot water. I messaged Mr Rob and he was so apologizing because he had forgot to turn back on the hot water heater. He had turned it off because of the storms. We didn’t have but one wash cloth. No problem. He left us 2 the next day. Saturday morning we saw that the ceiling was leaking. No problem. I went and got him and he was so apologizing. Before we ever came he messaged me and told me that the previous storm had torn the roof off and they had a temporary fix on top. He would refund our money if we wanted him too. We chose to stay. We were glad that we did. We had a wonderful stay. We will stay again.
