Groovy apartment, a newly renovated apartment with a minimal design, is located in the heart of Athens, just 5 minutes walk from Panepistimio metro station.
Its highlight is the Acropolis view from the living room, dining room, and the master bedroom where guests have the feeling of almost touching Parthenon.
This apartment is ideal for families and friends on vacation in Athens.
The Space:
Groovy apartment combines elegance and style with modern appliances based on wood and granite.
It is designed to accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably and offers unique views over the Acropolis.
Guest Access:
Groovy apartment is on the 8th floor of the main building and that is the reason for this amazing view.
In the main area, by the entrance, there is a dining table, a WC, and the living room with a cozy sofa right across its big windows with Acropolis at the back and a 42'' Smart TV.
In the same area, there is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and everything guests might need.
On the right side of the living room appears the Master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a TV and next to it there are wooden blinds that can be rotated and isolate the bedroom from the next room. This room has a sofa which can be prepared as a double bed and access to a small balcony with a small table and city view.
In the same area, it is the main bathroom with a walk-in shower and stylish accessories.

Beautifully appointed modern style apartment with great acropolis views. Comfortable for 3-4 people, full kitchen, small elevator that gets the job done. Close to public transport and restaurants. Fully recommend, no hesitation.

I highly recommend this property. Perfect location to restaurants, shopping. The property was beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The view of the Acropolis was breathtaking!
