Cool layout and included needed amenities--coffee, towels, soap, etc. Clean and comfortable, our group especially liked the bedding and mattresses. Appreciated the ease of safe and close parking options--garage and nearby lot.
Privacy in between houses--the backyard is awesome but sunny in the morning and the front porch provided a nice spot to unwind and drink coffee but didn't feel comfortable using because a couple staying next door was also on the front porch.
Also, as far as location, we stayed on a Thursday night. The neighborhood is VERY quiet and not much available after 10pm if you were looking to socialize. But that can also be a good thing if you were looking for something quiet!

The home was very clean beautifully decorated with a nice little backyard perfect for my dogs to get out and stretch some.
